Basically any of the Goodwill, Salvation Army or other thrift stores has awesome clothes for super cheap.
They mostly have clothes for women, but they have a section of men’s as well. My girlfriend bought some Vera Wang shoes for $5 and I grabbed 3 pairs of khakis for $25.
Any of the stores in the citadel outlet mall. Especially papaya factory outlet which can have some really cute dresses!
